WHAT IS THE ASCE OTC HALL OF FAME?In 2005 the ASCE/COPRI OTC Program Development Committee decided to recognize outstanding civil engineering papers from the early years of OTC by creating the ASCE OTC Hall of Fame. Papers presented 30 or more years ago were nominated and voted on by civil engineering experts in the offshore industry.
